RiskAdvisory consultants provide timely and critical solutions to the ever-changing energy market. Headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, RiskAdvisory produces software solutions that are used by a growing number of well-known energy companies.
Business Objectives:
RiskAdvisory wanted to ensure that individuals visiting their website were greeted with a professional look and feel. The team's goal was to have the website generate leads and enhance RiskAdvisory's image in the industry.
Challenge:
RiskAdvisory's previous website reflected a small company that was service focused. Primarily used as a marketing and public relations tool, the site lacked depth of content in many areas as well as aesthetics. The new site needed to present services as well as software solutions. RiskAdvisory wanted to highlight the power of their solutions which were both product and relationship based.
Solution:
The development of a clean, contemporary easy to navigate website, with design and messaging based upon RiskAdvisory's brand character - Simplifying a Complex World. The new design set the tone of the business and was able to convey a consulting practice that had personality and technological solutions.
RiskAdvisory had been using quarterly e-newsletter in their marketing tools that was hosted on a separate website. Through the redesign, Splash Interactive developed an area where 'RiskNews', the quarterly email could be archived for future reference. Including the newsletter in the archive section enable the website visitor to garner a wealth of information about the company through only a few clicks. In addition, the newsletter was redesigned to mimic the website, integrating a seamless look and feel.
In addition, as the energy market was constantly changing the RiskAdvisory team was provided with a content management solution that enabled them to update their own content online in a cost-effective way.
Results:
RiskAdvisory found their new website imaging so appealing that they utilized the online creative as a basis for all their offline marketing materials. Visual elements were carried across different branded pieces, including print ads, a sales sheet, and the email newsletter. The web redesign helped the team focus on a consistent visual identity for all their digital and support materials. Their one voice provided a stronger brand for RiskAdvisory within their target industry.
